At Clever Canine the pricing of products is final. There may be some discount codes to avail of on our Online Store. These discount codes are also subject to expiry.

Pricing Errors

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an item’s price is higher than the price displayed, we will cancel your order of that item and notify you of the cancellation.

Shopping Cart

Items in your Shopping Cart reflect the current price displayed on the item’s product details page. Please note: This price may differ from the price displayed when the item was first placed in your Shopping Cart.

Our merchandise/service is offered for sale by Clever Canine for your personal enjoyment and not for resale. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse to sell to any person whom we believe may be purchasing for resale.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All our goods are perishable and cannot be returned.

Please note that orders can be canceled only within 1 hour from the time of placing the order online. In the case that the customer wishes to cancel and order which surpasses the 1-hour time frame, Clever Canine will issue store credit in the form of a coupon code to be redeemed at our e-commerce store.

For orders canceled within the 1-hour time frame, Clever Canine will process the refund via NEFT or Google Pay within 7 business days.
