This meal plan consultation is for pet dogs with previous and/or ongoing health concerns including the following conditions: Renal disease, Hip dysplasia, Atopic dermatitis, Gastro intestinal issues, Cancer, Neurological issues, Obesity, Heart condition, Respiratory Diseases, Hormonal imbalances etc.

* Free modifications will be part of the package for up to 1 month from date of payment. Any re-formulations or modifications to the plan after 3 months will be chargeable.

How it works:

STEP 1 - Once payment is processed, you will receive a form link where you can fill all your pets details. This may take 24-48 hours. 

STEP 2 - Your form entries will be analyzed by Yamika and she will send across a link to book a time slot for the first call.

STEP 3 - Once the call is complete and the necessary information about the pet is shared, Yamika will formulate the meal plan and send it across within 7 -10 working days.

Please note:

• You will be required to purchase necessary nutritional supplements for this meal plan.
• Yamika will require recent medical reports of the pet, and may require the pet parent to conduct further health tests before formulating.
• There is no refund/exchange on the meal plan booking.
